- Please be ensure that the order will be delivered in a discreet envelope which is sealed up and only the intended person‘s name and address will be shown on the envelope.

- Added Advantage:
If your purchase more than S$60.00 from a single transaction, Issensual will
waive the delivery surchage.
- You can check your order status when under My Orders, Track My Orders on the left menu.
- An “Order Confirmation” prompt will be displayed after clicking on Click to Confirm Purchase link. You will also receive our confirmation reply with your orders details via E-mail within 24 hrs. Please ensure that a valid email is given to us at the time of order, so that we can communicate with you via email henceforth.

Yes, you can. Please send us an email as soon as possible to sales@issensual.com.sg so that we can do the necessary amendments. However, we will not be able to accept your request if your order package has already been mailed out.

Yes you can. As we do not have any physical shop at this moment but we can arrange a convenience date, time and place for you to collect it.

Yes you can. A 30% deposit of per item’s cost is payable via Paypal, Internet Bank Transfer or ATM Transfer and expectation of item arrival in 3 or 4 weeks upon the date where our orders are made through our overseas suppliers. (Usually at the end of every month)

If you have chosen delivery by normal post, please note that in the event where the package is lost during the delivery by Singpost, IsSensual has the right to decide whether or not a refund will be issued. Hence, we strongly encourage customers to choose Registered Post for the delivery option as there is more proper tracking of the item.

All our customers' personal information are strictly kept confidential, and we will only use these information which is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from Issensual.com.sg. Please take note that we do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your valuable details to any other parties.

Delivery fees will be waive if the total amounts of items purchase adds up to more than SGD$60.00 but excluding pre-order amount pending and additional surcharges.

For customers whose payments are made through Paypal, the orders will be send out within 1 working day upon payment confirmation is received. Again, the delivery date will depend on the delivery options chosen.

For customers whose payments are made through Internet Bank Transfer/ATM Transfer, fill up the Payment Notification Form under My Orders, Payment Notification upon completion of funds transfer payable to IsSensual. Order will be considered void if payment notification is not received within 1 day.

After payment via Internet Bank Transfer / ATM, please go to Payment Notification on the left panel or
click here, enter your email address and order
reference number ( that has been send to your email address ) and retrieve your payment notification form.
Enter your transaction number from the bank and click on Submit. We will revert to you ASAP once we receive your payment notifice.

We are currently exploring the idea of payment via eNETS and would glad if customers can give
us feedback on this. Tell us if you would prefer eNETS payment or other payment methods.

- If you have decided to post the item(s) back to us, we shall not be responsible
for any damaged or lost of product.
- Item(s) exchanged must be in the exact condition received by customer. e.g. All
tags and labels are not to be removed.
- Every item is entitled to one time exchange basis only.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all
undergarments are placed in a sealed bag and non-exchangeable once it is opened.
- You may exchange the item for another item of equal or higher value, paying the
difference in price or lower value which will not result in a refund of money.
- Issensual has the rights to refuse return of products that do not meet our
exchange policy requirements.
